Dr. Hammons has 30 years of experience in the software and computer industry, with expertise in
leadership, business management, and research practices.
An advocate of self-directed and team-based learning, Dr. Hammons holds a doctorate in adult,
higher, and community education from Ball State University. She is a Certified Manager of Quality
and Organizational Excellence, and Certified Software Quality Engineer, with the American Society
of Quality, and provides coaching services to business leaders who seek to improve product quality,
workplace culture, and employee effectiveness.
Dr. Hammons performs organizational and process assessments, develops unique learning and improvement
